Sculptra is an injectable collagen stimulator containing poly-L-lactic acid, also known as PLLA. It encourages your skin to produce collagen, a protein that helps give skin its structure and firmness. As collagen develops, treatment can help improve facial fullness and soften the appearance of wrinkles and folds.
